Terms of Service — Pharmacy8

1. These terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Pharmacy8 is operated by Saturn Pharma Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, company number SC579286, registered office 10 Galachlaw Shot, Edinburgh EH10 7JF, United Kingdom.

2. The service

Pharmacy8 provides analytics derived from published NHS and public data about pharmacy contractors. Access depends on your subscription tier as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts are personal

Your login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with, sold to or used by anyone else. We enforce limits on simultaneous sessions and registered devices, and we monitor for indicators of shared use. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being shared, after contacting you where practical.

4. Acceptable use

You must not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the platform; resell, redistribute or republish our reports or data as your own product; use automated tools to access the service other than through an API we have provided; or attempt to circumvent tier limits, paywalls or security controls.

5. Fees and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Early access and founder offer

1. Free early access. All features are available free of charge to all users up to and including 14 October 2026. Paid plans are charged from 15 October 2026.

2. Eligibility. The founder offer applies to accounts registered on or before 14 October 2026 that start a monthly Pro or Pro+ subscription.

3. Discount. Eligible accounts receive 20% off the first monthly billing period only. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. All subsequent billing periods are charged at the standard price then in force.

4. Exclusions. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, has no cash value, is non-transferable and may be used once per account.

5. Prices. The price shown for each plan is the price charged.

6. Changes. Saturn Pharma Ltd may change or withdraw this offer for future sign-ups. Any discount already applied at checkout will be honoured.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not refund part-used periods. If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. By starting to use the service during that period you agree that we may begin supplying it immediately, and if you then cancel we may charge for what you have used.

8. Data accuracy

The data on Pharmacy8 is derived from published NHS and public sources and is provided as-is. It may be incomplete, delayed, subject to revision by the publisher, or wrong. Figures reflect what has been published, which may differ from a pharmacy's actual activity — for example where a claim has not yet been submitted. Nothing on this platform is a statement of fact about any named business's performance, conduct or financial position.

Pharmacy8 is a business information tool. It is not financial, legal, valuation, accounting or clinical advice. Valuation and acquisition outputs are indicative estimates only. You must not rely on them as the sole basis for any transaction or business decision, and you should take professional advice before acting.

9. AI-generated content

Some features produce AI-written commentary. It may contain errors and must be independently verified before being relied upon or shared.

10. Intellectual property

Underlying public data is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains the property of its publishers. Our platform, analysis, presentation and reports are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them internally.

11. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or anticipated savings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse.

13. Changes

We may change these terms, giving at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Price increases do not apply to your current billing period.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
